This wiki is intended to be a place where ideas and activities are shared to support the learning of all students. The presentation tools are a collection of different professional development opportunities that I have had the honor of sharing. The activities and ideas are with all students in mind, but focused on how to have students with disabilities access Common Core State Standards and Illinois Learning Standards. There are a variety of activities and ideas for all ages and abilities. It is my belief that all students can learn when a teacher learns their students learning styles and how to have students access general education standards in a format that is understood by an individual student. As a special educator for over ten years and a parent of four children it is my core belief that all students can learn, we just need to challenge ourselves to teach to all students.
